Visa Bulletin Update - April 2021

April Visa Bulletin is now available.

Below are some key highlights for individuals seeking adjustment of status in the US:

• Overall, there is a continued forward movement in visa category cutoff dates.

• All EB1 categories, including China and India, are now CURRENT.

• EB2 China moved forward by more than 1 month from 07/15/2016 to 09/01/2016. EB2 India moved forward more than 3 months from 01/15/2010 to 05/01/2010. All other countries remain CURRENT.

• EB3 China moved forward by 1 month from 02/08/2018 to 03/15/2018. EB3 India moved forward 2 months from 07/01/2010 to 09/01/2010. All other countries remain CURRENT.

• F2A (Spouse & Children of LPR) remains CURRENT.
