Below are some key highlights for individuals seeking adjustment of status in the US:
Overall, most visa category cutoff dates have slowed down except for EB2 India, which moved forward by 9 months.
All EB1 categories are CURRENT.
EB2 worldwide remains CURRENT. EB2 China moved forward by 2 months from 07/01/2018 to 09/01/2018. EB2 India moved forward by 9 months from 09/01/2011 to 07/08/2012.
EB3 worldwide remains CURRENT. EB3 China moved forward by 1 week from 01/08/2019 to 01/15/2019. EB3 India moved forward by 1 week from 01/01/2014 to 01/08/2014.
F2A (Spouse & Children of LPR) remains CURRENT.
