Visa Bulletin Update - September 2021

September Visa Bulletin is now available.

Below are some key highlights for individuals seeking adjustment of status in the US:

• Overall, most visa category cutoff dates continued its move forward. However, EB3 China movement has been slow in recent months.

• All EB1 categories are CURRENT.

• EB2 China moved forward by 3 months from 04/01/2018 to 07/01/2018. EB2 India moved forward by 3 months from 06/01/2011 to 09/01/2011. All other countries remain CURRENT.

• EB3 China stopped moving and remain same (01/08/2019). EB3 India moved forward by 6 months from 07/01/2013 to 01/01/2014. All other countries remain CURRENT.

• F2A (Spouse & Children of LPR) remains CURRENT.
